At Deer Lull, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Scope
This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly from deerlull.com.

For products purchased through authorized resellers or third-party platforms, please refer to their respective return policies.

Return Period
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the product back within 14 calendar days.

If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the return request will be automatically canceled.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must be:

Unused,

In its original condition,

With all tags attached,

In the original packaging.

All returns will be inspected upon arrival.

Special Circumstances
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and Deer Lull will cover all return shipping costs.

Issues After the Return Period:
If your product develops issues beyond the 14-day return period but within the warranty period, please contact our customer support at hello@deerlull.com for assistance under warranty coverage.

Improper Handling Damage:
Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized disassembly. However, you may contact us for potential repair services.

Bundle Offers:
If you purchased a discounted bundle, the entire bundle must be returned. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.

Materials & Spare Parts:
Due to logistics limitations, materials and spare parts are non-returnable.

Return Process
Email hello@deerlull.com to request a return. Include:

Your original order number and the product name,

Reason for the return (with photo, video, or screenshot evidence if applicable).

Our customer support will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.

Once your return is approved, ship the product to the return address we provide, using the original packaging.

After we receive and inspect the return, we will proceed with your refund.

Important Notes
All returns must be approved first. Unauthorized returns may be refused, and any resulting losses will be the buyer's responsibility.

The return must be sent to the address provided by our customer support; returns sent elsewhere may be lost or rejected.

Use the original box and packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

Always use a trackable shipping service and share the tracking number with us. Deer Lull is not responsible for lost packages sent via external carriers.

Refunds
Processing Time:
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refund Amount:
If the return is due to a change of mind or non-defective reasons, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Bank Fees:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Some banks or PayPal may charge transaction fees, which may affect the final refunded amount.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.

Orders canceled beyond this window may have already been processed or shipped and cannot be canceled. In that case, you can initiate a return after receiving the package.

Pre-orders:
Pre-orders can be canceled before shipping. Please contact us if needed.

Important Reminders on Cancellation & Refusal
Do not open a PayPal or credit card dispute unnecessarily — this can delay your refund by up to 90 days.

Do not refuse to pay customs fees or reject delivery — this may lead to the package being destroyed, lost, or returned at additional cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
