All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking information.

Taxes & Duties
All products sold on Deer Lull do not include taxes or duties. Your payment covers the cost of the products and shipping only.

Please note that depending on the regulations of your country, additional fees such as customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or administrative charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Package
Once your order is shipped and a tracking number is generated, it may take 3–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. Please allow some time for this process.

Due to the nature of international shipping, tracking updates might be delayed when the package leaves the origin country. In most cases, detailed tracking resumes once the package arrives in the destination country.

Lost or Unusual Packages
If your package is unfortunately lost during transit, Deer Lull will replace it at no additional cost. Please reach out to our support team at hello@deerlull.com for assistance.

For orders containing multiple items, shipments may be split based on inventory availability. Items might arrive separately.
